The perfect photos don’t just showcase your story. They make you feel every moment too.

You want to elope.
You want the breathtaking location.
You want the “just us” feels.

But you’ve never done a real photoshoot, or maybe done one that left you feeling stiff. So now, for your elopement, you want photos that show you genuinely having fun and being deeply in love with your person. And with seamless direction that creates real emotions.

The photos you’ll remember aren’t the ones that look perfect. They’re the ones that made you feel something again, years later.

Guess what? There’s no script here

And there’s no going back for a second take. If we miss it, we let it go, and we trust that something truer is coming. Because the photos that actually last—the ones that make you smile or shed a happy tear—were never staged in the first place. They just happened. And I was there to witness it.

Meet the Photographer

Hi, I’m Nuku. I’m a Minnesota elopement and intimate wedding photographer. Through documentary-style storytelling, I’ll help you step out of the Pinterest trap and into who you actually are as a couple. You literally just hang out, be yourselves and keep the focus on each other. Give it a few minutes, and the camera starts to disappear into the background, promise.

I’ll die on this hill: you know how to hold each other, you know how to laugh together, so that’s not something I need to direct. I just need you to keep doing it while I’m there.

I’m a lover of slow mornings, good coffee, a stack of books I’m always behind on, and I’ll probably show up early just to sit with the quiet of the place before anyone else arrives. I’m not really sure why all this matters to you, but maybe it’s a testament to how I’ll show up on your day—fully and completely present.

“She had a very unique and fun way of getting us comfortable and out of our shells to share genuine moments on camera.” – Sandy
